DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS TO CLIENT

For orders over € 30 delivery to the Baltics and Finland is free. Free delivery applies when ordering to Omniva or SmartPOST automatic parcel points in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. Returning is free from parcel machine within 30 days. 

The online store magliamoda.com delivers goods internationally, the delivery price depends on the delivery address and the chosen delivery method. Depending on the destination country and the size of the order, the online store offers free delivery. You can choose between the following delivery methods:

The product detail view shows an indicative shipping price to your presumed destination country. The final price of the delivery will be displayed on the Shopping Cart page after confirming the destination country and delivery method.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped for delivery. The email will also include information on how you can track your order with the selected carrier. If the goods are delivered to parcel machine, the Client will be informed by a unique SMS code to open the door of the parcel machine. The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Customer if, due to the Company, third parties have acquired the parcel machine door code.

The risk of loss of and damage to the goods passes to the customer after the goods have been handed over to the carrier.

When sending goods outside the countries of the European Union, various customs and import duties may be added, which must be paid upon arrival of the parcel in the country of destination. These taxes are paid by the recipient of the package. As tax and customs policies can vary widely from country to country, we encourage you to contact your local customs or tax office for more information.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

Please return the returned goods to the address: Loomäe tee 13, 75306 Lehmja küla, Rae vald, Harjumaa. When returning via a parcel machine, parcels will automatically reach this address if the receiving code is used.

The customer has the right to return the purchased product within 30 calendar days without any reason. This time limit starts from the date of receipt of the goods or receipt of the parcel machine notice and shall end if the goods have not been returned within 30 calendar days to be returned to the post office.

Upon receipt of the Goods, the Customer shall open the product packaging carefully without damaging the packaging and the product. The product can only be returned or replaced without a reason if the product is unused, all labels and other documents related to the shipment (including the invoice issued to the Customer) remain. In the event that the Customer has intentionally or negligently damaged the returned goods, the Company shall have the right to refuse to return the goods or to claim compensation for the damage caused.

To return the goods, the Customer must fill in the return form or return application form on the consignment note and return the goods with it.

Returns within 30 days at Omniva parcel terminal and SmartPOST parcel terminal free of charge. In case the returned product does not correspond to the ordered one (wrong or defective) the return shipping costs will be covered by the Online Store.

The Company will refund the amount paid for the goods after the goods have been returned and returned to the warehouse located at Loomäe tee 13, 75306 Lehmja village, Rae parish, Harju County, but not later than within 14 calendar days.

If the Customer wishes to replace the Product, the withdrawal form must be completed. The Customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the Product.

In the event that the Company is unable to replace the returned product (eg due to lack of desired size), the Company will contact the Customer to find a suitable solution.

Returning is free via parcel machine. Attach the completed return sheet to the package and pack the returned package so that it cannot be opened without damaging the package. Keep the same address card on the package.. To send the parcel, enter the return code / parcel code sent to you (you will find it in the notice of arrival of this parcel).
In the case of Omniva, the products can be returned via the same machine from which the package was received.
In the case of SmartPost, the products can be returned to any Itella parcel machine – use the same code with which the parcel was received.
