RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
Please return the returned goods to the address: Loomäe tee 13, 75306 Lehmja küla, Rae vald, Harjumaa. When returning via a parcel machine, parcels will automatically reach this address if the receiving code is used.
The customer has the right to return the purchased product within 30 calendar days without any reason. This time limit starts from the date of receipt of the goods or receipt of the parcel machine notice and shall end if the goods have not been returned within 30 calendar days to be returned to the post office.
Upon receipt of the Goods, the Customer shall open the product packaging carefully without damaging the packaging and the product. The product can only be returned or replaced without a reason if the product is unused, all labels and other documents related to the shipment (including the invoice issued to the Customer) remain. In the event that the Customer has intentionally or negligently damaged the returned goods, the Company shall have the right to refuse to return the goods or to claim compensation for the damage caused.
To return the goods, the Customer must fill in the return form or return application form on the consignment note and return the goods with it.
Returns within 30 days at Omniva parcel terminal and SmartPOST parcel terminal free of charge. In case the returned product does not correspond to the ordered one (wrong or defective) the return shipping costs will be covered by the Online Store.
The Company will refund the amount paid for the goods after the goods have been returned and returned to the warehouse located at Loomäe tee 13, 75306 Lehmja village, Rae parish, Harju County, but not later than within 14 calendar days.
If the Customer wishes to replace the Product, the return form must be completed. The Customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the Product.
In the event that the Company is unable to replace the returned product (eg due to lack of desired size), the Company will contact the Customer to find a suitable solution.
Returning is free via parcel machine. Place the completed return sheet in the package and pack the returned package so that it cannot be opened without damaging the package. Keep the same address card on the package. To send the parcel, enter the return code / parcel code sent to you (you will find it in the notice of arrival of this parcel).
In the case of Omniva, the products can be returned via the same machine from which the package was received
In the case of SmartPost, the products can be returned to any Itella parcel machine – use the same code with which the parcel was received.
