Do you have a physical store?<\/div>
We do not have our own physical retail store, but our products are available at many authorized retailers. You can find the list and locations here: https:\/\/www.magliamoda.com\/en\/store\/<\/a>. The retailers sell the same products as the MagliaModa online store, but please note that their stock and prices may differ.<\/div><\/div>
Do I need to create an account to place an order?<\/div>
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account, as logged-in loyal customers always receive a 5% discount on all full-priced items.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
Ordering and Payment<\/div>
How can I find the right product and size in the online store?<\/div>
To find products faster, we recommend using the top product category menu and the filters on the left side of the screen (size, color, price). To determine the correct size, be sure to use the size chart provided on our product pages.<\/div><\/div>
Do you offer discounts for loyal customers?<\/div>
Yes, loyal customers always receive a 5% discount on all full-priced products. Loyal customer prices are displayed automatically when you are logged into the online store.<\/div><\/div>
How can I subscribe to the newsletter and do you offer a discount?<\/div>
Yes! If you subscribe to our newsletter (by entering your email and confirming your subscription), we will send a 10% discount code<\/strong> to your email. You can apply this code in the shopping cart, and it is valid for the entire cart, including already discounted items<\/strong>.<\/div><\/div>
What payment methods do you accept?<\/div>
You can pay for your purchase securely via bank links, credit card, and other payment solutions supported in our online store.<\/div><\/div>
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?<\/div>
Since we start processing orders as soon as possible, please contact us immediately at info@magliamoda.com or call +372 53031311 if you wish to make changes or cancel. If the package has already been shipped, you can simply return it for free upon receipt.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
Delivery<\/div>
How much does shipping cost?<\/div>
If your shopping cart total exceeds 30 euros, shipping to parcel machines in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland is free. An indicative delivery price is shown in the product view. The final delivery price is displayed in the shopping cart after selecting the destination country and delivery method.<\/div><\/div>
How fast will my order arrive?<\/div>

All products sold in the online store are in stock, and therefore we can offer fast delivery:<\/p>

  • Estonia:<\/strong> 1\u20133 business days (parcel machine and courier)<\/li>
  • Latvia and Lithuania:<\/strong> 2\u20135 business days<\/li>
  • Finland:<\/strong> 3\u20135 business days<\/li>
  • Rest of the EU (DHL):<\/strong> 3\u20136 business days<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>
    How will I know my package has been shipped?<\/div>
    As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with a tracking code. When the package arrives at the parcel machine, you will receive an SMS notification and a unique door code to collect your package.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
    Returns and Exchanges<\/div>
    What if the product does not suit me?<\/div>
    Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, an extended 30-day free return right applies to all orders.<\/div><\/div>
    How do I physically return a product?<\/div>
    1. Pack the product securely (preferably in the same packaging it arrived in) and leave the original shipping label on the package.<\/li>
    2. Take the package to an Omniva or Smartpost parcel machine. Use the same code you received the package with (Smartpost) or the separate return code provided in the SMS (Omniva).<\/li><\/ol>

      How can I exchange a product for a different size?<\/div>
      The fastest and easiest way to get the right size is to place a new order in the online store immediately and return the unsuitable product to us as described above.<\/div><\/div>
      When will I get my money back for the returned product?<\/div>
      We will refund your money as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the goods arrive at our warehouse.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
      Claims and Customer Support<\/div>
      What should I do if the product has a defect?<\/div>
      We are responsible for the non-compliance or defects of the goods that appear within 2 years of the delivery (during the first year, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of purchase). If a defect becomes apparent, please stop using the product immediately and contact us no later than within 2 months at info@magliamoda.com.<\/div><\/div>
      How to properly care for the products?<\/div>
      To keep knitwear and garments beautiful for a long time, we recommend always following the washing and ironing instructions on the care label inside the product. We recommend washing delicate materials inside out and at lower temperatures.<\/div><\/div>
